【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61347specifiesparticularsafetyrequirementsforballastsfordischargelampssuchashigh-pressuremercuryvapour,low-pressuresodiumvapour,high-pressuresodiumvapourandmetalhalidelamps.Thestandardcoversinductive-typeballastsforuseona.c.suppliesupto1000Vat50Hzor60Hz,associatedwithdischargelamps,havingratedwattages,dimensionsandcharacteristicsasspecifiedinIEC60188,IEC60192andIEC60662.Thisstandardappliestocompleteballastsandtotheircomponentpartssuchasreactors,transformersandcapacitors.ParticularrequirementsforthermallyprotectedballastsaregiveninannexB.NOTE1Forcertaintypesofdischargelamps,anignitorisrequired.NOTE2BallastsforfluorescentlampsarecoveredbyIEC61347-2-8.PerformancerequirementsarethesubjectofIEC60923.

【摘要】:Liquidpenetrantexaminationmethodsindicatethepresence,location,and,toalimitedextent,thenatureandmagnitudeofthedetecteddiscontinuities.Thistestmethodisnormallyusedforproductionexaminationofcriticalcomponents,wherereproducibilityisessential.Moreproceduralcontrolsandprocessingstepsarerequiredthanwithotherprocesses.1.1Thistestmethodcoversproceduresforfluorescentpenetrantexaminationutilizingthehydrophilicpost-emulsificationprocess.Itisanondestructivetestingmethodfordetectingdiscontinuitiesthatareopentothesurfacesuchascracks,seams,laps,coldshuts,laminations,isolatedporosity,throughleaks,orlackoffusionandisapplicabletoin-process,final,andmaintenanceexamination.Itcanbeeffectivelyusedintheexaminationofnonporous,metallicmaterials,bothferrousandnonferrous,andofnonmetallicmaterialssuchasglazedorfullydensifiedceramicsandcertainnonporousplasticsandglass.1.2Thistestmethodalsoprovidesareference:1.2.1Bywhichafluorescentpenetrantexaminationhydrophilicpost-emulsificationprocessrecommendedorrequiredbyindividualorganizationscanbereviewedtoascertaintheirapplicabilityandcompleteness.1.2.2Foruseinthepreparationofprocessspecificationsdealingwiththefluorescentpenetrantexaminationofmaterialsandpartsusingthehydrophilicpost-emulsificationprocess.Agreementbythepurchaserandthemanufacturerregardingspecifictechniquesisstronglyrecommended.1.2.3Foruseintheorganizationofthefacilitiesandpersonnelconcernedwiththeliquidpenetrantexamination.1.3Thistestmethoddoesnotindicateorsuggeststandardsforevaluationoftheindicationsobtained.Itshouldbepointedout,however,thatindicationsmustbeinterpretedorclassifiedandthenevaluated.Forthispurposetheremustbeaseparatecodeorspecificationoraspecificagreementtodefinethetype,size,location,anddirectionofindicationsconsideredacceptable,andthoseconsideredunacceptable.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.1.4Allareasofthistestmethodmaybeopentoagreementbetweenthecognizantengineeringorganizationandthesupplier,orspecificdirectionfromthecognizantengineeringorganization.
