【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheserviceconditions,ratedcharacteristics,generalstructuralrequirementsandtestmethodsoftheprefabricatedassemblyofthemainelectricalfunctionalunitsofaHV/LVDistributionSubstation,dulyinterconnected,foralternatingcurrentofratedoperatingvoltagesabove1kVanduptoandincluding52kVontheHVside,servicefrequency50Hz.Thisassemblyistobecable-connectedtothenetwork.ThisCompactEquipmentAssemblyforDistributionSubstation(CEADS)asdefinedinthisstandardisdesignedandtestedtobeasingleproductwithasingleserialnumberandonesetofdocumentation.Suchequipmentisdeliveredassingletransportunit.ForpracticalreasonsmanufacturerandusercanagreetotransporttheunitdismantlediftransportorinstallationofthecompleteCEADSisnotpossible.Inthatcasesuitableverificationtestsshallbecarriedoutattheinstallationsite.ACEADSisnotaDistributionSubstation,eitherprefabricated(coveredbyEN62271-202)ornot(coveredbyEN61936-1).HoweverCEADSisintendedtobecomepartofaDistributionSubstationassemblingtheHVequipment,thepowertransformerandtheLVequipmentdulyinterconnected(seeAnnexC,whichalsoexplainstheoriginandtypesofCEADS).ThefunctionsofaCEADSare:–switchingandcontrolfortheoperationoftheHVsideandprotectionoftheHV/LVtransformerfunctionalunit;–HV/LVtransformation;–switchingandcontrolfortheoperationandprotectionoftheLVfeeders.Howeverrelevantprovisionsofthisstandardarealsoapplicabletodesignswherenotallofthesefunctionsexist(e.g.equipmentcomprisingonlyHV/LVtransformationandswitchingandcontrolfortheoperationandprotectionoftheLVfeederfunctions).Forpublicdistributionnetworks,CEADSareintendedforinstallationwithinanindoororoutdoorclosedelectricaloperatingarea(seeDefinition1.3.3)formingpartofaDistributionSubstation.Forindustrialapplications,suchasfactories,installationofCEADSoutsideaclosedelectricaloperatingareamaybeallowedprovidedthatsafetyregulationsarefulfilledbyadditionalmeasuresadoptedattheinstallationsiteundertheresponsibilityofthedesigneroftheinstallation.Thisstandardconsidersthepotentialinteractionbetweentheindividualfunctionswhencloselyinstalledandinterconnectedtoformatypetestedassemblyanddefinesratings,particulardesignandconstructionrequirementsandtestproceduresforthisassembly.
